This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on uk.kingsmith.com and shipped within the United Kingdom.

We aim to provide transparent, accurate, and compliant delivery information in accordance with applicable UK and EU consumer protection regulations.

  • Shipping Country: United Kingdom
  • Delivery Location: Orders are delivered to the customer’s designated delivery address within the United Kingdom only.
  • We currently do not ship to regions outside the United Kingdom.

2. Order Cut-off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 00:00 (GMT +00:00, Greenwich Mean Time – London time)

Orders are processed based on whether they are placed before or after the daily cut-off time.

Important Notice:
The estimated delivery time is calculated automatically by the system based on:

  • the order placement time (before or after the cut-off time),
  • the applicable order processing time,
  • the applicable shipping (transit) time.

If delivery falls on a public holiday, the estimated delivery time will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time:
    • Minimum: 1 business day
    • Maximum: 2 business days
  • Fulfilment Days: Monday to Friday
  • Maximum Processing Time: 2 business days

Definition:
Order processing time refers to the period between the order cut-off time on the day the order is placed and the moment the order is prepared and handed over to the carrier for shipment.

Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping (Transit) Time

  • Shipping Time (All Destinations):
    • Minimum: 3 business days
    • Maximum: 5 business days
  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

Definition:
Shipping (transit) time refers to the time required by the carrier to deliver the product from dispatch to the customer’s address.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • All Destinations within the United Kingdom: 4 – 7 business days

This total delivery time consists of:

  • Order processing time (1–2 business days), and
  • Shipping (transit) time (3–5 business days).

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Registered customers can track their order status by logging into their account on uk.kingsmith.com.
  • Guest customers can track their order using their Order ID and email address via the order tracking page.

Please allow additional time for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.

10. Change of Delivery Address

  • No fee applies for changing the delivery address before a tracking number has been issued.
  • Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be modified.

11. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment.
  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately.
  • A full refund will be issued with no additional handling fees.
  • Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

12. Taxes & Duties

  • Shipping is free of charge.
  • No additional taxes are charged at checkout for deliveries within the United Kingdom.
