To register the app, please download the KS Fit app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Before you begin registration, please change your country/region in the app settings. Registration via phone number is only available for Chinese users. Customers outside of China should register with their email address instead.

After you purchase the Kinomap bundled product, your 12-month Kinomap subscription code will be automatically sent to the email address on your order. Please check your inbox; it may also be in your spam folder.

You may use purified or distilled water. Purified water generally lasts longer; with the addition of a water-bluing agent, it can remain clear for up to six months. We recommend changing the water every 4–6 months, replacing only one-third of the tank each time. The rowing machine tank includes water-level markings — please do not exceed them.

Our machines are made from high-quality rubberwood. The heartwood is naturally darker, resulting in variations in color between different sections. This is a typical characteristic of rubberwood and does not affect its quality — it is part of the material’s natural charm.
