Warranty Policy

To ensure a smooth and reassuring ownership experience, KingSmith offers a 2-Year (730-Day) warranty on eligible products. which does not affect any statutory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence. The full terms are outlined below:

1-Year Full Warranty

We provide complimentary replacement parts, with associated shipping costs covered by KingSmith.

If an issue cannot be resolved through parts replacement, we will arrange a product exchange and cover the logistics costs involved.

Certain accessories may be covered by a 1-year warranty, depending on the product type. Accessories with a 1-year warranty only (including but not limited to):

1. Non-slip KingSmith Mat

2. Removable Tabletop For WR3L Rowing Machine

2-Year Limited Warranty

Complimentary replacement parts continue to be available in the second year.

KingSmith will contribute towards the shipping costs for these parts; we kindly ask customers to cover the remaining postage.

If a product exchange is required during the second year, KingSmith will also contribute towards the delivery shipping costs, with the balance to be covered by the customer.

Support & Returns

If you encounter any issues, please get in touch with our customer service team with your order details and a photo or video illustrating the problem.
For all exchanges, the original unit must be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. We recommend retaining the original packaging, as this will be required for the return shipment. Once the returned item has been received, we will promptly dispatch the replacement product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following (including but not limited to):

1. Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or third-party platforms not officially operated by KingSmith.

2. Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling.

3. Special or custom orders.

4. Sale or clearance items, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

5. Complimentary gifts or free items.

6. Subscription products.
